FURNITURE WARRANTY 5/20 YR

JDM Structures Poly Furniture Warranty

When you buy our HDPE (poly) lawn furniture, you get a 20-year warranty for home use and a 5-year warranty for commercial use. Just follow our guidelines for assembly and care. Here’s the quick rundown:

  • General Limitations: Expect some scratches, fading, and material changes. Poly HDPE products are made with UV stabilizers to minimize fading, however all poly colors will fade to some degree.
  • Folding Chairs & Accessories: Warranted for 10 years residential, 2 years commercial.
  • Swivels, Arbors, A-Frames: Warranted for 5 years residential, 2 years commercial.
  • Cushions: 1-year warranty for home use, not covered for commercial use.
  • Umbrellas: 1-year warranty for home use, not covered for commercial use.
  • Aluminum Frames: Warranted for 10 years residential, 1 year commercial.
  • Hardware: 316 Stainless steel hardware is warranted for 10 years for home use, 5 years for commercial, and is rust-free for 10 years.

Not Covered:

  • Color fading, color changing, or color match
  • Hardware damage in salty climates.
  • Improper assembly or handling of products, abnormal use, or improper coatings
  • Incompatibility with other products.
  • Cosmetic differences in replacement parts.
  • Damage caused by misuse (such as placing hot items directly on the surface)
  • Damage caused by abuse, vandalism, accidents or corrosive atmospheres or act of God.
  • Staining from foreign substances placed on surface (such as grease, dirt, oil, etc.)
  • Normal weathering which causes surface to fade, darken, chalk, or accumulate dirt or stains.
  • Compression of cushions

For warranty service, write to us at 5840 C.R. 201, Millersburg, OH 44654 (or email us at customercare@ jdmstructures.com) with proof of purchase and describe the issue. Include photos showing the problem. You have to let us know about a potential claim within 60 days of discovering the issue or we can’t help you. If we accept a claim, JDM will repair or replace a defective component or authorize repairs by a third party at our discretion. If a defective product is no longer available we may replace with a similar product of our choosing.

This is your complete warranty. We’re not liable for indirect losses, and any damages to us can’t exceed what you paid for the product.
